Borrow: items may be freely borrowed for 3 weeks or a term for schools (or longer by arrangement). Charges will only be made for lost or damaged items.
Order: we can post some items to the cost of the borrower - sometimes cheaper and quicker than a visit.
Request: if you want something we don’t have, we may be able to order it for you at a discount or it might fall within our budget for new purchases.

Quick pick-up/drop-off: if you are in a rush or cannot find parking, please feel free to arrange for staff to meet you - park or pull over on Broad Street, High Street, St Nicholas Street, Baldwin Street, Clare Street, Corn Street, Small Street.
